Vascular Surgeon Needed in Atlanta, GA (Will license) - Part-time

Location: Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a highly skilled Vascular Surgeon for a 13-week locum tenens assignment to provide inpatient and call coverage at a large hospital in Atlanta. This role supports the facility during a transition period as they backfill vacancies due to recent retirements.

Assignment Details

Duration: 13 weeks
Target Start: July/August
Schedule: 7–8 shifts per month (24-hour shifts)
Facility Type: 643-bed Hospital
EMR: Epic
Workload: Primarily call coverage with 0–3 cases per day
Patient Population: Adult

Clinical Requirements

Procedures: Proficiency in standard open and endovascular skill sets, specifically:
- EVAR / TEVAR
- Lower Extremity (LE) ischemia
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice required.

Certifications: Board Certification and ACLS required.

Licensure: Active GA license or eligibility via IMLC (Compact states only).
