Vascular Surgeon Needed in Hazlet, NJ | Venous Insufficiency | PRN, Local | Clinic + ASC

Job description

This is a PRN vascular surgery opportunity focused on lower-extremity venous insufficiency, split between an outpatient clinic and an ambulatory surgery center in Hazlet, New Jersey. The role is designed for a local provider, with a light and predictable footprint of approximately 2–4 shifts per month — typically one clinic day per week plus two to three ASC days per month, running 4–6 hours each. The assignment begins in October 2026 and runs approximately 26 weeks, with the option to extend.

In clinic, the physician evaluates and treats venous insufficiency of the lower extremities, reviews venous ultrasound results, and discusses findings and treatment options with patients. On ASC days, the physician performs radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and Varithena foam sclerotherapy.

Candidates should be Board Certified or Board Eligible. A New Jersey license in hand is preferred, but the client is open to licensing the right provider. Local candidates are preferred.

• PRN, local-only role — roughly 1 clinic day per week plus 2–3 ASC days per month (4–6 hour shifts)

• 26-week assignment starting October 2026 — NJ license in hand preferred, open to licensing
