Job description

Position Details
Primarily treating lower-extremity venous insufficiency
Typically 1 office day + 1 ASC day per month
Office hours: approximately 10:30a–6:30p
ASC shifts: approximately 4–6 hours, with morning start
No call
Review venous ultrasound results performed by ultrasound technologists
Evaluate patients and discuss findings/treatment plans
Perform radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
Perform Varithena foam sclerotherapy
Approximately 30–60 day credentialing

• Only 1 ASC Day/Month
• No Call
• RFA + Varithena
