Locum Vascular Surgeon | Outpatient ASC, RFA & Varithena | Hazlet, NJ | PRN 1–2 Days, No Call

Job description

Start: ASAP (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: Ongoing
Coverage: Ambulatory surgery center vascular procedural coverage
Schedule: 1–2 days every 4–6 weeks; shifts typically 4–6 hours, start time varies with the surgery schedule
Call: No call
Practice Setting: Ambulatory surgery center
Patient Population: Adults
Procedures: Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and Varithena

• Outpatient vascular procedures, with approximately 90–95% of cases being RFA
• Varithena procedures
• Independent procedural practice in an ASC setting

Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
• New Jersey license and DEA required
• Must be independently proficient in RFA and Varithena
• Must be out of network with BCBS in New Jersey (providers in network with BCBS in another state, such as NY, are generally considered in network in NJ)
• Local candidates only
• Credentialing: approximately 30–60 days
