Job description

Position: Permanent Vascular / Vein Physician
Locations: Massapequa Park, Lynbrook, Howard Beach, and Rego Park, NY
Start: February 2027
Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday
Call: None; no weekends or major holidays
Practice Setting: Office-based outpatient venous surgery centers

Requirements:
- Board certified in Vascular Surgery, General Surgery, or a related specialty (Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Plastic Surgery, Bariatrics)
- Vein or vascular experience required
- Unrestricted New York license and DEA (or obtained before starting)
- Credentialing: approximately 60-90 days
