The facility features an integrated heart center that offers comprehensive cardiovascular services and is backed by extensive resources for training and staff education.

Board Eligible/Board Certified - Cardiovascular Surgeon

Job Details:
• Join a hospital-employed practice with two existing cardiovascular surgeons
• Work within an integrated cardiology service line including interventional, structural heart, EP, and general cardiologists
• Call schedule is 1:3 rotation
• Perform full scope of adult cardiothoracic and cardiovascular procedures
• Fellowship training in transcatheter valve and complex aortic surgery preferred
• Conduct advanced coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) with endoscopic vein harvest and multi-arterial grafting
• Perform arrhythmia surgery, endovascular surgery, and thoracic aortic procedures
• Handle aortic aneurysm repair and thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR)
• Provide transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) and valvular repair/replacement
• Perform general thoracic procedures including advanced lung condition treatment and lung cancer care
• Conduct endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), lobectomy, and mediastinoscopy
• Provide navigational bronchoscopy and wedge resections
• Manage pericardial and pleural fluid collections and pneumothorax
• Perform minimally invasive video assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS)
• Handle open heart and minimally invasive valvular procedures
• Provide surgical treatment for aortic valve replacement, mitral valve procedures, and septal defect closures
• Experience preferred but not required
• Position available to both cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgeons

Compensation:
Employed salary with benefits.
