Contract Length: ongoing
Shift Details: 24 hour beeper call
Schedule: Nov 1(7am)-3(7am) Nov 7(7am)-13(7am), Nov 21(7am)-24(7am), Dec 15(7am)-22(7am)( should have dates in 2026 as well)

· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: vacation coverage
· Patient Population/Age: adult
· EMR: EPIC

• Hospital
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
· License Required: OH license, will look at IMLC LOQ
· DEA: required
· Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: temps available

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• 24 hour on call
