📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: June 1, 2026
🔹 Contract Length: Ongoing
🔹 Shift Type: 24-hour call coverage
🔹 Schedule: 1 weekend per month (Friday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM) + occasional weekday coverage (Monday–Thursday) for vacations
🔹 Coverage Type: Call only
🔹 Callback Volume: Approximately 4–6 hours per day
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: Temporary privileges available in ~30 days
🔹 Licensing: Ohio license required or IMLC LOQ accepted
🔹 Travel Accommodations: Fully covered

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Facility Type: Acute care hospitals
🔹 Practice Setting: Hospital-based vascular surgery call coverage
🔹 EMR: Epic
🔹 Patient Population: Adults
🔹 Hospital Details: Multiple hospital coverage, including large tertiary and community settings with varying trauma designations
🔹 Clinical Responsibilities: Vascular surgery call coverage, inpatient consults, surgical interventions as needed
🔹 Support Staff: Nurses and multidisciplinary specialty support available

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: BC/BE in Vascular Surgery
🔹 Active State License: Ohio or IMLC LOQ in hand for expedited licensing
🔹 DEA: Required
🔹 Minimum Experience: 1 year
