Vascular Surgery Locum Opportunity – Columbus, OH

A leading hospital system in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Vascular Surgeon for ongoing locum tenens coverage starting June 2026. This is a great opportunity to provide call coverage across two well-supported facilities.

Position Highlights:

Start Date: June 1, 2026
Contract Length: Ongoing
Shift Type: 24-hour call
Schedule:
1 weekend per month (Friday 7 AM – Monday 7 AM)
Additional weekday call (Monday–Thursday) for vacation coverage as needed
Call Volume: Approximately 4–6 hours of callbacks per day

Practice Details:

Hospital-based setting
Covering Hospital 1- (1,059 beds, Level II Trauma Center) and Hospital 2- (213 beds, non-trauma)
Adult patient population
Strong support staff including nursing and multi-specialty teams
EMR: Epic

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
Active Ohio license or IMLC LOQ required
DEA required
Minimum 1 year of experience

Additional Information:

Credentialing: Temporary privileges available in approximately 30 days
2 hours gratis

This is a flexible, ongoing opportunity with a manageable call schedule and excellent clinical support.
