Physician - Vascular Surgery

Job Details:

• Urgent locum coverage needed August 7, 2026 at 7am through August 10, 2026 at 7am
• Daily rounding with 24-hour in-house and beeper/phone call coverage
• 100% inpatient practice setting serving adult and geriatric patient populations
• Average of 2-4 hospital patients per day, with potential for more depending on census at sign out
• Provide post-operative care for all types of vascular surgery patients
• Perform emergency vascular surgery as needed
• Take consults and referrals from the Emergency Department and all hospital providers
• Documentation via Epic EMR
• Active Ohio medical license required - no exceptions
• Board Certification in Vascular Surgery required
• ACLS certification required
• Active DEA required
• Clean background with no malpractice or license issues required - no exceptions
• Credentialing timeframe is less than 2 weeks due to urgency of need
• Travel reimbursements approved for airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage at IRS rate
