Job Details:

• Locum tenens vascular surgery coverage with availability to start as soon as possible
• Part-time position requiring monthly coverage of 1 week per month (7a Monday to 7a Monday) or 2 weekends per month (7am Friday to 7am Monday)
• Coverage limited to inpatient and ED consults and call coverage only - no scheduled clinic patients
• Inpatient call required with rounding responsibilities
• Call hours run 7am to 7am with phone consults required only infrequently
• Cover urgent and emergent vascular procedures only - no elective procedures
• Serving as coverage for the facility's employed vascular surgeon during time off
• OR team support staff available
• Active Ohio state license required
• Board certification required
• Must be able to perform all procedures listed on the vascular delineation
• Case logs from the last two years required at time of presentation
• Malpractice insurance required with individual limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 annual aggregate
• Lodging provided for providers living more than one hour away, subject to facility lodging policy
