VASCULAR SURGERY PHYSICIAN – LOCUM

We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon for an inpatient hospital coverage opportunity beginning in early 2027

SCHEDULE

✓ One 5-consecutive-day coverage period per month
✓ Five days per week
✓ Call coverage required
✓ Call may include phone/beeper and in-house coverage
✓ Possible weekend coverage
✓ Call ratio: approximately 1:5

POSITION DETAILS

✓ Inpatient/hospital-based setting
✓ 100% inpatient care
✓ Adult and geriatric patient population
✓ Approximately 10–15 patients per day
✓ Level I Trauma Center
✓ Coverage includes surgery, inpatient units, and Emergency Department
✓ EMR: Epic
✓ One provider needed
✓ Open FTE coverage need

REQUIREMENTS

✓ Board Certification in Vascular Surgery required
✓ Fellowship training required
✓ Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
✓ Active Ohio medical license preferred
✓ Clean background and malpractice/license history required
✓ Strong inpatient and surgical experience required

Credentialing: Approximately 120 days. Temporary privileges may be available.

Travel support may be available for qualified candidates.
