VASCULAR SURGERY PHYSICIAN – LOCUM TENENS

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Seeking a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon for ongoing inpatient coverage beginning January 2027.

✓ One 5-consecutive-day coverage period per month
✓ 5-day workweek with call and possible weekend coverage
✓ Approximately 10–15 patients per day
✓ 100% inpatient/hospital-based
✓ Adult and geriatric patients
✓ Level I Trauma Center
✓ Surgery, inpatient, and ED coverage
✓ Inpatient unit coverage
✓ EPIC EMR
✓ One physician needed
✓ Coverage is for an open FTE

CALL

✓ Beeper/phone and in-house call
✓ Call ratio: 1:5
✓ Approximately 1 hour of callback time

REQUIREMENTS

✓ Board Certified in Vascular Surgery
✓ Fellowship required
✓ BLS and ACLS required
✓ Active Ohio license preferred
✓ Clean background and professional history required

Credentialing: Approximately 120 days; temporary privileges may be available.

Travel: Airfare, lodging, and rental car reimbursement available.
