Vascular Surgery Opportunity | 24-Hour Call | Starting June 2026 - Central PA

Job description

We’re currently seeking a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to join a collaborative team in central Pennsylvania. This position offers a consistent weekend call rotation and the chance to work in a well-equipped Level II trauma environment alongside multiple specialty services.
Position Highlights:
• Start Date: June 2026
• Schedule: Two weekends per month (Friday 8 a.m. – Monday 8 a.m.) plus occasional PTO coverage
• Shift Type: 24-hour weekend call (8 a.m.–8 a.m.)
• Support: Collaborative work with APPs on consults, discharges, and inpatient OR/IR procedures
• Case Mix: Open and endovascular vascular surgery procedures
• Average Volume: 4-15 consults/day | 2-6 cases/day | 1-3 admissions/day
• Charting: Epic EMR
• Privileges: Full hospital privileges (approx. 60 days credentialing)
Requirements:
• Board Certified MD or DO in Vascular Surgery
• Active PA license preferred (will consider candidates needing to obtain one)
• ACLS & BLS certifications required
• DEA license required
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
