Locum Vascular Surgeons needed in Lebanon, PA

Specialty: Vascular Surgery Physician
Start Date: May 10
Contract Length: ongoing
Shift Details: Friday 7am or 3pm – Monday 7am
Schedule: 24 hour call
Work Details:
· Support Staff: APP available for 1st assist
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: every weekend
· Average callback per day: 2 hours
· Patient Population/Age: 18+
· Department Description: covering 2 hospitals Good Sam and Ephrata 25 mins apart
· EMR: EPIC
· Hospital Bed size: 150 beds
· Special Procedures: bypass amputations
Practice Setting:
• Hospital - Acute Care
Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC or BE in Vascular Surgery
· License Required: PA
· DEA: yes
· Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps avail with clean file

Coverage
24 Hour On Call
Shift: Standard 3, Day (24 Hours) 7:00 - 7:00
Block Schedules: No
