Vascular Surgery Coverage Opportunity – Washington

Orientation: Morning of April 6, 2026
Reason for Opening: Gap in coverage

Coverage Type:

24-hour call only

No assigned clinic work

Provider will be paged for hospital consults

Call Schedule:

24-hour call shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Monday morning through Monday morning

Average call volume:

Monday–Friday: 6–8 hours/day

Saturday–Sunday: 6–8 hours/day

Setting: Inpatient
Facility: PeaceHealth Southwest
Facility Size: Approximately 400 beds
EMR: EPIC

Clinical Responsibilities:

Rounding and admissions

ED and inpatient consults

Emergency surgeries

Patient Information:

Adults to geriatric

Average patients per day: 5–20

Work Environment:

Provider will not work solo

Collaborates with trauma, acute care, general surgery, and other departments

Privileges:

Listed as clinic and hospital for privileging purposes only

Provider will not work in clinic

Required Procedures:

All general vascular and endovascular procedures

Credentialing & Requirements:

Active Washington State license must be in hand at time of presentation

Board Certification required

Additional certifications as required by MSO

Case log required:

100 procedures within the past 24 months

Must reflect scope and complexity of requested privileges

Include procedure/diagnosis, date, and facility
