Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon for a locums coverage need at a large hospital in Vancouver, Washington, filling a gap in coverage.

Assignment Details:
- Location: Vancouver, WA
- Start Date: April 6, 2026
- Assignment Dates: 04/06/26 – 04/13/26
- Orientation: Morning of April 6, 2026
- Shift Type: 24-hour call
- Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (Monday to Monday)
- Coverage Type: Call only (no assigned clinic)

Practice Setting:
- Setting: Inpatient
- EMR: Epic

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Hospital consults
- ED and inpatient consult coverage
- Rounding and admissions
- Emergency vascular surgeries
- Collaboration with trauma, acute care, and general surgery teams

Patient Population: Adults to geriatric
Average census: 5–20 patients per day

Scope of Practice
All general vascular procedures
Endovascular procedures required

Requirements
- Board Certified Vascular Surgeon
- Active Washington medical license

Case log required:
- Minimum 100 vascular procedures
- Completed within the past 24 months
