Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Location: Putnam, Connecticut

PRN Coverage

Shifts: Variable start times, typically from 7:00 AM until cases are finished

Case Mix: General and colorectal surgery, OB&GYN, urology, ENT, orthopedics, spine fusions, ophthalmology, pacemakers, cardioversions, TEE, and GI procedures. No neurosurgery, trauma, or open heart cases. Pediatric cases are over 1 year old, primarily ENT (T&A and M&T).

Supervision Ratio: 1:2.5

Overtime Expected

No Call Required!

Anesthesia Sites: 5 locations

Practice Model: 4 MDs and 3 CRNAs

Charting: Paper and pen

Qualifications:

Ability to work effectively in a 1:2.5 supervision ratio.
Experience in diverse surgical cases preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
