Kentucky Anesthesia Group, PSC, a stable anesthesia group, has a rare opportunity as the group expands their call team. We are 20 minutes from Lexington, an hour from Cincinnati and an hour from Louisville. We offer a very competitive compensation package of $310,000-$315,000 including a base salary of $220,500-$225,000 plus opportunity to earn $20,000 in retention bonuses annually, $29,000 in tax free retirement contributions, ZERO premium family health insurance, $2,500 in tax free HSA contributions, $3,000 in CME reimbursement, and 9 weeks paid time off (e.g. vacation), and up to $20,000 in annual retention bonuses. Most years you will have the opportunity to work extra weeks for extra pay. You will be joining a tight knit, family oriented group who works closely together to make sure everyone's needs are met. You will take 1 in 12 first call alongside a physician with very minimal call backs. No heads and no hearts, but have the opportunity to do regional, including ultrasound (we will train you). You will have the best of both worlds, because you will have the compensation and benefits of call, but consistently work less than 40 hours per week. W-2 or 1099 available. New Grads are welcome.
