Seeking a BC/BE Family Practice physician to work in the Care Express network of urgent care clinics affiliated with the hospital in Valparaiso, Indiana. The locations include Portage, Valparaiso and Chesterton; all open 7 days a week, 9 am to 9 pm. The ideal candidate will be comfortable seeing patients of all ages, including infants and the elderly with experience in urgent care.
