Job description

• 4-6 hospitalists per day with average of 15-20 encounters and 8 admits/night
• 1 hospitalist in house for night coverage
• preferred schedule is 7 on 7 off or 3-5 straight
• 12 hr day/night - swing 8 hr
• 10 hr daily shift in the virtual hospital
• 1 advance provider
• closed ICU
• no procedures, no codes
• EMR is Cerner
• 7a-7p or 7p-7a
• Adventist Health Hanford
