FM physician needed 3 days a week at Bensonville Mon, Tues, Thrs
2 days at Addison location, Wed, Fri
5 miles apart
Spanish Speaking is MUST
EMR- Athena One
Potential to extend after 3 months? Yes
ASAP start date, Feb 1st
Needs to speak Spanish
CPR and DEA- Yes
FM/IM/PC- 3+ years of experience
Call rotations 5 days, one weekend per Month between all staff.
12-18 PPD- 15-30 min appointments.
30 admin period- 30 minute lunch- 15 minute break
150-185 bill rate
2 week cred

• Must speak Spanish
