• IM/FP needed ASAP in Lousiville, KY
• Mon-Fri (7:30a - 5p)
• 6 months with option to extend
• BC preferred but will look into BE
• DEA Required
• Geriatrics, 18-21 PPD
• Internal EMR
• They have an applicant in consideration but wanted this in case

• Geriatrics 18-21 patients per day
• 6 month contract able to extend
• mon-fri 7:30-5:30
