• EMR is Avatar
• OUTPATIENT Primary Care to Psychiatric Patients
• Working with RN’s and LPN’s and Behavioral Health Team
• 8-4:30
• M-F
• No call/no weekends
• 15-20 PPD
Credentialing takes about 1-2 week

• Three Month Contract 3/13-6/13
• Outpatient Primary Care
• Mon-Fri 8-4:30
