Job description

• Community Health Center in Staten Island
• Will consider FP/IM or NP (NP has to have experience to be considered, no new grads)
• BE/BC (prefer board certified)
• 20-25 patients per day
• 9a-5p
• Minimum 3 days a week, but Full Time preferred
• Full support staff
• Credentialing is ~4 weeks
