IM Hospitalist position in Reading PA

Job description

• Start date: February 27th, 2023
• Reading hospital Rehabilitation Center at Wyomissing
o Reading, PA
• Post Acute Hospitalist needed 10 minutes from Reading Hospital
• Prefer 1 provider to cover assignment
• 8am - 6pm
• 3 week rotation: M-F, M-Sun, off
• Number of patients seen per day in clinic: 16 patient encounters per day
• Call Night /Weekend: Beeper call from home every 7 weeks
• What is the Number of phone Consults? 0
• What are the days for Call: Every 6th (or 7th) week M-Sun (if enough staff)
• What Time does the Call start: 6pm
• What Time does Call end: 8am
• Inpatient /Outpatient - IP
• Rounding: Yes
• Type of Charting /EMR: EPIC EMR
• Board Certification is required
• Are Temp Privileges Granted: Yes, for emergencies
• Travel and Lodging available
• 60-90 day credentialing
