Job description

• Full time
• 3 month assignment
• 7 on 7 off: 7:30a-7:30p (start on a tuesday, end on a monday)
• 4 Physicians on the team, 1 APP. Census around 58, physician daily census around 12-17 patients
• At least 2 years experience
• Active License, DEA
• At least 2 years experience
• EMR is Epic

• April 23rd Start date, 3 month assignment
• 7on 7 off, 7:30am-7:30pm
• EMR is Epic
