Job description

Elysium Counseling PLLC. of Goldsboro is currently seeking Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors to work within an office setting and through TeleHealth. As a therapist, you will work with clients to help them with their mental health and well-being as well as improving their quality of life as they face challenges associated with various life issues. The therapist may also provide crisis intervention. The therapist will also collaborate with the PMHNP and/or Psychiatrist on effective treatments if individuals require medication treatments.

LCMHC, LCSW, LCMHC-A, LCSW-A are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, couples, group, and family therapy to individuals with a variety of mental health diagnoses and provide quality mental health services for all clients under your supervision.
Conduct assessments and intakes and develop strategies for each individual.
Provide crisis intervention.
Collaborate with the PMHNP and/or Psychiatrist when necessary.
Enter all notes in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records.
Adhere to all State, Federal, and Board rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

Licensed to practice in North Carolina
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle stressful situations.

Pay:

Negotiable
1099 Position
Clinician pay is dependent on: experience, licensing, and caseload
Clinicians can earn $100k plus depending on these factors.

Schedule:

Minimum of 32 hours per week
