Coverage Type: Clinic + OR + Call
Start: February
End: Ongoing
Schedule: Mon/Tue (OR) 7:30am-3:30pm; Wed/Thur (Clinic) 8am-4:30pm; Weeknight call 4:30pm-8am; Possible 24 hour Weekend call
Shifts: Flexible (1 week/month and up)
Procedures: Mastectomy; Lumpectomy; Lymph node dissection; combination with reconstruction and plastic
Beds at facility: 310
Credentialing: 60-90 days

License: IL
Requirements: BC Gen Surgery w/ Fellowship in Breast
Cert: ACLS; BLS
DEA: IL
CSR: IL
