Job description

Licensed Psychiatrist needed for Adult Residential Treatment Program w/ Intellectual Disabilities.
BC/BE preferred not required
Adult Only
2 days a week
Schedule: They are flexible on the schedule However preference is Mondays & Thursdays 9am - 5:30pm
6-8 Patients per day -Provider will be "rounding" at each home with a RN - Each home has home staff that are with the patients 24/7 - After provider is done with rounds they will meet with the rest of the providers to discuss each patient and give recommendation for treatment. ** Provider is not actually prescribing**
60 min evaluation for new patients, 45 min evaluation for existing patients, 30 min follow ups
Cases Seen: Anger, Bipolar, General psych disorders, IDD/DD
Support staff: Primary MD, Pharmacist, Psychologist or Behavioral Analyst, QIDP, Direct Home Staff
Consult Notes Typed
Progress Notes Handwritten
