Pain Management Physician needed in Northern CA!

Job description

Start Date: Pending credentialing
End Date: Ongoing

2 days in outpt surgery center, 3 days per week clinic setting
Full time availability preferred, part time considered

· Patients per shift: 12-15
· EMR: Epic
All epidurals, facet injections, ablations, and other procedures are performed at the surgery center

· Certifications required: ACLS, Active FLURO is required.
