Sleep Medicine NP Opportunity in Arizona
Start Date: March 2025 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 12 weeks with potential for extension

Shift Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No Call

Practice Setting:
Facility Type: Hospital
Bed Count: 269 beds
EMR: Cerner
Patient Load: 12-14 patients per day

Requirements:
Board Certification: Must be board certified as an NP
License: Active AZ License - Aya can assist with licensing!
DEA License: Required
Certifications: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
