Docs Supervising CRNA's

Types of Cases-Cardiac (REQUIRED), gen, ortho, OB, urology, GI, podiatry, healthy peds, ENT, neuro, vascular thoracic

Physicians must be comfortable with cardiac cases including TAVR and Watchman Sign up or sign in for contact information don’t have to be fellowship trained just able and comfortable doing them.

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient - Yes

Number of providers during the day (support staff) 3 MDs 10 CRNAs

OR Schedules: 7a-3p - 11 sites incl. OB; 3p-5p- 5 sites incl. OB; 5p-7p - 3 sites incl. OB

EMR - EPIC

Vaccination requirements?- Flu shot, COVID Proofs (or declination), and 2 Negative TB test/Quantiferin; Varicella

Licensure/cert requirements- NV CSR and DEA required; no TEE cert required

Will not take Board Eligible, Must be Board Certified

• Ongoing for 3 months
