Contract Length: ongoing
Shift Details: 7a-3p
Schedule: work ideally 40 hours a week plus call. Rotating between 2 other Cardiac Anes providers
Work Details:
· · Amount of coverage needed per month: 40 hour weeks with call. Minimum committment of 1 week a month
· Cases per day: vary
· Hospital Size: 310 beds
· Skills required: Primarily Cardiac but if really needed could do general and/or supervise.
Bill Rate (rates must not exceed 20% Margin)
· Hourly $400+ (not set in stone)
· Weeknight Pager: $450-550
· Call Back: (1.2 to 1.5 the hourly rate)
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Travel Logistics:
· Specific travel client will pay for: flight, rental car, hotel, or mileage
Requirements:
Board Certification: Cardiac Fellowship is required. Client believes the TEE certification is not required
· License required: no; client will consider if they are IMLC eligible
Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days

• Ongoing for 3 months
• Will license if apart of the IMLC
• Cardiac Fellowship is required
