Specialty: Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: Schedule is 7 days inpatient, one week a month. Shifts are Tuesday 7a – Tuesday 7a. Scheduled week is variable. Night call will likely result in provider being called back into facility

· Department description: Internal Medicine - Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: Heart failure experience
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days

• Scheduled hours + On Call required
• Ongoing for 3 months
• Fast credentialing
