Are you a skilled Physician Assistant with first assist experience in cardiac surgery? This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded cardiovascular team in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

📍 Location: California
🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM + Call (Every 3rd Night & Every 3rd Weekend)
🚀 Start Date: ASAP – Looking for someone to start by December

Position Highlights:
✅ Monday – Friday Schedule – Enjoy a consistent 8 AM – 5 PM work schedule with a shared call rotation.
✅ Advanced Cardiac Surgery Team – Work alongside renowned surgeons and a collaborative healthcare team.
✅ State-of-the-Art Facility – Utilize advanced technology, including EPIC EMR and cutting-edge endovascular equipment.
✅ Engaging Case Load – Support CTS patients in the CCU and telemetry floor, contributing to a service line census of ~20 patients daily.

Qualifications:
🔹 1+ year of first assist experience in cardiac surgery
🔹 Proficiency in endovascular vein harvesting
🔹 Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
🔹 Board-certified by the NCCPA
🔹 Unrestricted California medical license (or eligible)
🔹 DEA, ACLS, and BLS certifications

Additional Details:
💻 EMR System: EPIC
🛏 Practice Setting: CTS patients in the CCU and telemetry floor
💉 Vaccination Policy: Flu vaccine required or declination form
👥 Patient Age Group: Adult
