Locums Fully Remote Fertility Nurse Practitioner Needed
Job description
Contract Length: 3 months (flexible)
Schedule: Flexible schedule and can work at least 20 hours/week, and more when needed. Start time will be around 7 am or 8 am.
Clinic details
Practice Setting: This is a FULLY Telemedicine role
Patient Population: Comfortable delivering fertility care to both males and females.
Support Staff: Medical Director, Health Coaches, Nutritionists/Dietitians
Cases/Procedures: Empower individuals and couples to reach their family goals by listening openly and helping them understand the next steps on their journey.
Effectively deliver care via 1:1 virtual sessions, utilizing Frame tools and processes.
Develop recommendations and care plans that are personalized to each user and their family goals.
