Cardiovascular Surgery APP - Fort Wayne, IN - Will license NPs!

Job description

Schedule: 5x8s or 4x10 hour days each week. Take call 1-2 nights a week 1700-0700 and then be on call on the weekends from Saturday 0700-0630 on Monday morning.

Work Details:
- Patients per shift: 2-3 surgeries
- EMR: Cerner
- Skills required: Must know how to endo vein harvest.

Requirements:
· License required: Active IN License or compact
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
- Credentialing Timeframe: 10-30 Days if clean background

• 5- 8s or 4- 10s position with on-call included
• Trauma Level 2 Facility
• Endo Vein Harvesting required
