Job description

Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Anchorage, Alaska. As an LPN, you’ll provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments, and monitor health status in accordance with all regulations. You’ll document care in our electronic medical record system, assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), and maintain infection control and safety protocols. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team-including RNs, CNAs, physicians, social workers, and rehab staff-to deliver holistic care. You’ll also provide emotional support to residents and families, participate in care plan meetings, and respond to emergencies as needed.
