Job description

An elite facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota is seeking experienced CRNAs for ongoing cardiovascular anesthesia coverage. This is a high-acuity role within a care team model, ideal for those comfortable with complex CV procedures. Full-time availability and shift flexibility are highly valued.

📅 Position Overview:

Start Date: 9/15/2025

Contract Length: Ongoing

Orientation: 4–5 days (paid)

Schedule Requirements:
Minimum 2 weeks/month
Minimum 36 hours/week
Must be able to work Fridays
Shifts: 12- and 16-hour shifts (start at 6:30 AM)

Optional Call:
12hr Saturday beeper
8hr weeknight call
Overnight availability is a bonus

Setting: Tertiary facility (hospital)
Model: 3:1 Care Team
Support: 24/7 Anesthesia Aide Department
Patient Age: 12+

EMR: Epic

Special Procedures Include:
Heart Transplants
ECMO
High Acuity Vascular Cases
Structural Hearts
High-Complexity Non-Invasive Procedures
High Bring-Back Rates
Note: Lung cases fall under general anesthesia and are not considered CV
Expectation: Please provide a list of procedures your candidate is not comfortable with at time of submission

📋 Requirements:

Licensure: MN CRNA & RN licenses required (MN is not a compact state)
Certifications: BLS & ACLS (AHA required)
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Residency: Must live 50+ miles from facility
