New Permanent Pediatric-Emergency Medicine opening in Tucson, AZ-AZ license or IMLC accepted

August 1st start so they are motivated to fill!!!!
Inpatient with no call 
EMR-Epic
Avg ppd 15-20
15 bed unit

This is a permanent search (not locums).  Do Not Present Tucson or Phoenix based providers
Comp Model is Base + RVU = $230hr average
Night differential 12a-6a:  $15hr
Holiday pay:  $85hr on designated holidays
$5,000 CME/Business Expense Reimbursement
Open to negotiate a sign-on & relocation package
Qualifications
BC/BE Pediatrician with Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship
BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician with Pediatric Emergency Fellowship or combined Adult/Pediatric Emergency Medicine residency
BC Pediatric Critical Care fellowship & 10 years hospital ER experience
BC Pediatrician & 10 years hospital ER experience

27 hours of physician coverage (9 hour shifts): 7a-4p; 3p-12a; 10p-7a
12 hours APP coverage
Ped ED beds:  14
