Salary Range:
$325,000 – $350,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
Includes competitive base salary plus RVU-based bonus structure

Job Summary
This full-time, permanent physician role involves providing comprehensive care for patients experiencing chronic or acute pain conditions, including spine-related disorders. The position includes outpatient follow-up care, interventional procedures, medication management, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage chronic and acute pain conditions.
Perform therapeutic injections and advanced interventional procedures in the clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient settings, including new consultations and follow-up appointments.
Manage medication regimens and implantable pain devices (e.g., spinal cord stimulators).
Complete medical documentation, forms, and care plans accurately and efficiently.
Participate in shared hospital coverage and rotating back-up call schedule.
Communicate effectively with clinical staff, patients, and referring physicians.
Participate in clinic growth, innovation, and ongoing quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Medicine.
Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management required.
Board certification in Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology preferred.
Current and unrestricted medical license in Illinois and/or Maryland, or eligibility to obtain.
Active DEA registration.
ACLS certification required.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $325,000 – $350,000 annually
