Key Responsibilities:

Collect, assess, and analyze relevant patient data, including physical, spiritual, and psychosocial information.
Develop, review, and personalize care plans, establishing measurable and achievable patient outcomes.
Evaluate patient responses to care, implementing independent or collaborative changes as necessary.
Integrate teaching into patient care, documenting all educational interventions.
Oversee the discharge process throughout the patient's hospitalization, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
Provide patient care grounded in pathophysiology and nursing principles, adjusting priorities based on patient acuity.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members, advocating for patient needs.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation and facilitate smooth handovers to oncoming shifts.
Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Current Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
Completion of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration Fundamentals within 90 days of hire.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Oncology Nursing.

Ideal Candidate:

A Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of clinical experience in a Hematology Oncology setting.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical experience in Gynecology to qualify.

Do you have at least 1 year of experience as an RN in a Hematology Oncology environment? (Clinical rotation and residency experience do not qualify for this role.)
