Schedule: This position is for 1st assist to our CVT on their heart cases. It can also be a general surgeon not just a CVT locum. There would be no office time. All surgical cases at DMC in Modesto. Monday through Friday. No call. No rounding

· EMR: Athena for practice, Cerner for hospital

· Skills required: General Surgery, Adult, Pediatric, Neonate, Trauma, Chest wall/pleural procedures, Chest tube insertion, Central line insertion, PA Catheter placement, Gastroschisis
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active CA License Only
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: Temps available
