✅ Qualifications:
✔️ Education: Master’s degree in Nursing (NP)
✔️ Licensure: Active New York State NP License & Board Certification
✔️ Experience: Minimum 2 years in Pain Management
✔️ Technical Skills: Patient assessments, care planning, physical exams, and infection control
✔️ Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and patient education skills
✔️ Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish

✔️ Record patient medical histories and symptoms
✔️ Develop and update individualized care plans
✔️ Perform physical exams and ongoing patient assessments
✔️ Follow infection-control policies to ensure patient safety
✔️ Educate and counsel patients and families on pain management strategies
