- Case load/PPD: NICU census may vary from 4-5 up to 20, depending upon site. Newborn census may vary from 4-5 up to 18, depending upon site.
- Support staff: nursing, RT, therapies, some sites have Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to assist with daily rounding on newborns
- Call ratio/schedule: TBD
