Locum - Physician - Radiology - Diagnostic/Light Interventional Orlando, FL

Job description

We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Radiologist with expertise in Diagnostic and Light Interventional Radiology for locum coverage in Orlando, FL. The provider must be comfortable with a mix of diagnostic reading and interventional procedures.

The selected clinician will work in a collaborative environment across multiple hospital sites.

Responsibilities:
Interpret all diagnostic imaging modalities including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Fluoroscopy
Perform light interventional radiology procedures such as:
Paracentesis
Thoracentesis
Abscess Drainages
If experienced in mammography, must also be capable of:
Mammography reads
Stereotactic biopsies
Needle localizations
Read diagnostic studies in between IR procedures

Requirements:
Board Certification: American Board of Radiology (ABR)
Licensure: Active Florida Medical License
Certifications: DEA, MQSA (if applicable for mammography)
EMR: Meditech
PACS/Voice Recognition: Connect

Performance Expectations
Minimum RVUs: 6 per day
