Location: Arizona (Trauma Level II Facility)
Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shifts | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Position Details:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to support a busy Trauma Surgery service in a Trauma Level II facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and surgical trauma management, and be comfortable working independently during night shifts.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in critical care or trauma surgery
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner/PA (ACNP preferred)
Active Arizona NP license
Active DEA and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
Proficient in managing acute care, surgical trauma intensive care, and general trauma patients
Familiarity with Cerner EMR required
Responsibilities:
Manage 10–15 patients per night
Provide comprehensive care for trauma and surgical ICU patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
Respond to trauma activations and perform bedside procedures as appropriate
