Electrophysiology (EP) Locum Opportunity in Arizona
Job description
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiac Electrophysiologist for an ongoing locum assignment in Arizona. This is a dynamic opportunity that includes Cath Lab, clinic, and hospital consults with flexibility to work 1–2 weeks per month in 2026.

📋 Job Details:
• Start Date: September 2nd
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Location: Arizona
• Schedule: 7a–5p with 1-hour lunch
• Confirmed Dates: Sept 2–5, Oct 6–10 + 1–2 weeks/month in 2026
• Clinic Volume: 20–22 adult patients/day
• Hospital Consults: 3–4 per day in the Cath Lab
• EP Cases: 4–6 per day depending on case length
• Special Procedures: Ablations (must show 100 in past 2 years), TEEs, moderate sedation
• Technology: Abbott Ensite-X Mapping System (required)
• Setting: Hospital + Clinic
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Size: 268 beds
🩺 Requirements:
• Board Certified or Eligible in Cardiology/Electrophysiology
• Active AZ License preferred (willing to license)
• DEA (AZ-registered), ACLS
• Minimum 1 year of EP experience
• Case logs showing 100 EP procedures in last 24 months
🕒 Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 days
