Cardiologist (General/Interventional) Locums Opening in Indianapolis!!

Job description

Shift Details: 4.5 days/week or 9 out of 10 days (They can work 4.5- 8hr days a week or work 4-8 hr days one week and 5-8hr days the next. Typically 8-4:30)
Schedule: 2-3 full days in office & 2 half days in cath lab (about 8-10 hrs/week in Cath)- 40 hr week, no STEMI call after hours. 1:2 call (patient calls only)
Work Details:
· Support staff: RN, MA, NP
· Amount of coverage needed per month: Fulltime (will take 2 weeks/month avail minimum)
· Patients per day: 30
· Patient population/age: 18+
· Department Description: General/Interventional Cardiology· Skills required: Must be able to interpret echos, TM, Holter Monitors etc
· Equipment: Philips Cath Lab
· Small community hospital
· Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License required: Yes, IN
· Willing to license: No
· DEA: Yes
· CSR: Yes
· Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
· Minimum experience required: 5+ years
· Vaccines Mandatory: MMR, Hep B, Influenza, PPD, Varicella, COVID, TDaP
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

• Cardioversion, temporary pacemaker placement, coronary & peripheral interventions, cardiac diagnostic testing interpretations
